One of the worst things to happen that could messed up your wedding preparations is when the vendors screw up the specifics of what you ordered. Like finding out they’ve delivered the wrong inscriptions on the personalized acrylic circle cake top you’ve ordered, or printing out a batch of 500 wedding invites, with the wedding date all wrong.
Finding a good wedding vendor is actually, in my experience, a matter of gut feel and careful scrutiny. It can be very overwhelming and so hard to decide because there are so many vendors out there with something special to offer.
To keep it all simple you have to do your research about this vendor extensively. You have to learn to ask all the right questions first before hiring them. This is imperative because you, of course, must want everything to go perfectly.
Stick with your wedding planning agenda. The vendor may be offering you something that wasn’t in the original plan. If you have to, consider this carefully first before agreeing to it.
Lastly, pick a vendor you feel very comfortable working. You and this vendor will be keeping in contact for the months during your wedding preparations, being at ease with their presence and their service, shows you have confidence in what they can do and this is important for the success of the wedding.
